Three tools we build with, and how they work.
Open source · Generative design
Motion
by AEIAMotion makes looping animation from code: swarms, flow fields and attractors for a site hero, an identity or a video clip. Each piece is one self-contained HTML file, and its seed always plays the same picture.
What it does
- Draws on 23 named systems, from the Lorenz and Aizawa attractors to flocking, Voronoi cells and moiré.
- Steers one change per round: a reference image, a material, a limit, or a second system mixed in.
- Renders seeds 1 to 12 on one sheet, so you choose by eye.
- Exports the chosen piece as an MP4 clip.
- Runs with no libraries and no network, and shows one still frame to anyone who turns motion off.
For designers and developers who want motion that comes from code, not from an image or video model.

Open source · Task routing
Router
by AEIARouter splits AI coding work into short written briefs and sends each one to the model that fits it. A separate judge, starting with a clean slate, checks every result before it counts.
What it does
- Writes every brief in four lines: the task, the files it may touch, the check that proves it done, and the shape of the reply.
- Splits a job only when it divides cleanly, can be checked, and saves more than it costs.
- Gives quick read-only searches to Haiku, building to Sonnet in its own copy of the code, and judging to Opus.
- Moves a failed brief up to a stronger model for another try.
- Has one switch that stops all routing at once.
For people who run Claude Code on builds that take many steps.

Open source · Session setup
Harness
by AEIAHarness is a ready setup for Claude Code: hooks that run at each step, skills it can load, and agents it can pass tasks to. The parts are made to work together, so nothing needs wiring by hand.
What it does
- Loads the project's context once at the start of each session, kept under 4 KB.
- Stops dangerous shell commands before they run.
- Comes with nine written roles and a set of skills, loaded when a job needs them.
- Hands work to agents with one job each, from searching to checking.
- Shows what a session is spending while it runs.
For Claude Code users who run long sessions.

How they fit
Router decides where each job goes. Harness is the setup the work runs in. Motion stands alone and needs neither.
