How it works
Businesses that fit are found, checked three ways and written to. Switch approval on and each message waits for you; off, it goes as soon as it clears.
- Look from several angles: web search, business listings, changes on company websites.
- Merge what is found into one entry per business, scored for fit.
- Skip anyone already on your list.
- Check every email is real; unclear counts as failed.
- Record the lawful basis for reaching out, and check the do-not-contact list.
- Each row gets a proof page about the business and a first message in your voice.
- With approval on, every message stops with you and the batch leaves when you say so. Turned off, each one goes as soon as it is checked. The switch is below the diagram.
- Replies come to you, with context.
