How it works
Everything your business knows sits in one place. Tasks run down from it to the right team, are checked before they leave, and each lesson travels back up.
- At the top sits the main store of information: the company brain, with what the business knows and has done, and the CRM, which keeps its contacts, leads and history.
- The store feeds the orchestrator, which reads it, creates tasks itself and routes them down through departments, then teams, to the specialists inside. Security gets a branch of its own.
- Specialists include a dispatcher, a critic that checks quality before anything ships, and a sentry that watches resources.
- Left alone, it looks at the business, at what it knows and what it has done, and sets its own next tasks for growth and revenue.
- When you set a priority, such as a new campaign, everything else is parked where it was and yours gets the floor.
- When the priority is done, the parked work picks up where it left off.
- Anything that cannot be undone waits for you.
- Finished work goes to a reviewer, who checks it. Out come completed tasks and pieces written from what the store holds: a follow-up for one contact, a finance report, a campaign.
- A learner turns each result into lessons. They rise into the company brain, updated records land in the CRM, and the next task starts knowing more.
- Security works in three layers: at the store, around the orchestrator and at what goes out. All three are passed by the flow in both directions.
- The return route: when the reviewer is not satisfied, it stops a finished task and sends it to its specialist, then lets the corrected version pass. The learner turns that fix into a lesson for the brain, and updated records reach the CRM. Security checks this path too.

A day's work, shared out
Between them the agents cover what a business needs: answering customers and finding new ones, preparing quotes, keeping the diary, following up, putting the books in order and reporting on how the day went.
-
What it takes in
Your messages and email, documents, customer and order records, calendars, accounts and the software you work in.
-
What it gives back
Replies sent, quotes out, bookings made, records updated, content written, and a daily account of what happened.
-
How it runs
On a schedule, or when something arrives that starts the work. Each pass leaves a record open to you, and a person approves anything that cannot be taken back.
