AI for education and training

Systems for the office, from first enquiry to final class.

What repeats

Every course, the same questions

The teaching is the work. Around it, the admin comes back with each intake.

  1. Enquiries about courses, dates, levels and requirements.
  2. Enrolments to take, with forms and documents to collect.
  3. Timetables, rooms and teachers to arrange, and changes to pass on.
  4. Reminders for classes, deadlines and payments.
  5. Students asking what the last group wanted to know, and parents checking on progress.

What we build

More time for teaching

Each system fits your centre and clears the admin out of your week. A person approves anything that cannot be taken back.

  • Enquiries and enrolment

The system answers questions about courses, helps each person choose, and collects the form and documents. For example, someone asking about an evening class is told the dates and what to bring, and the complete file reaches your office.

  • Timetables and changes

When a class moves, the students and the teacher are told, and the answers come back to one place.

  • Student questions

Answers about the course, the materials and the next date, in your centre's own words. Anything about a grade or a personal matter goes to a teacher, with the conversation attached.

  • Reminders

Classes, deadlines and payments are flagged in good time, and each reply is filed on the student's record.

How it starts

First, the course from the student's side

The AI Audit follows one learner from enquiry to the last class, finds what the office repeats, lists the software you pay for, and ranks what to build.

Before anything is built, we agree with you which personal details the system may see.

A fixed fee for the build, agreed before it starts, then a monthly one while we operate and maintain it, with a record of each run.
