AI for trades and home services

Systems for the office work that waits until the van is parked.

What repeats

The paperwork around every job

The skilled work is on site. The rest piles up in the evening.

  1. Enquiries by phone, message and web form, many of them while you are on a job.
  2. Quotes to write from a few notes and a few photos.
  3. Visits to fit into the diary, move and confirm.
  4. Reminders, and the customer who is not home when you arrive.
  5. Invoices to send, and payments to chase.

What we build

Office hours, covered

Each system fits your business and picks up the calls and drafts the quotes, so your evenings stay free. A person approves anything that cannot be taken back.

  • Enquiries

Every message is answered at once, with the questions the job needs and the details kept in one place. For example, a customer who writes about a leak is asked where it is and how to send photos, and an urgent one reaches you straight away.

  • Quotes and scheduling

A draft is made from your notes, your price list and the job's details, and waits for your approval. Visits are offered from free slots in your diary and confirmed with the customer.

  • Reminders and follow-up

Customers hear from you before each visit and again after it, with a request for a review when the job went well.

  • Invoices

Each one goes out when the job is marked done, and the system chases what is unpaid.

How it starts

First, a job from call to cash

The AI Audit traces each step, finds what you retype and chase, lists the software you pay for, and ranks what to build.

A fixed fee for the build, agreed before it starts, then a monthly one while we operate and maintain it, with a record of each run.
